The ‘essential’ handbook is a 20 page full colour, A5 booklet.  Originally designed and written by world renowned food safety expert Richard Sprenger and edited for Australia by Dr Andrew Mathieson.  The handbook is endorsed by Environmental Health Australia, the premier professional body for Environmental Health Officers or Environmental Health Practitioners in Australia.

The handbook is available to purchase (discounts apply for bulk purchases).
